Manchester United maintain no.1 while Liverpool won on stamping over Chelsea players
But I just dont understand in the manner how Liverpool manage to win over Chelsea with the latter are playing with 10 men after sending of Lampard. Why only Lampard being at fault (eventhough he win the ball over Alonso) while Gerrard, Bosingwa, Benayoun the Israelien can walk away without any cards at all?
Maybe this is the only way that Liverpool can take away the league from MU. By playing aggresive football and defend like there is no tomorrow. Not that I hate team that score 1st and then score. Then I shoudn't choose Italy as my favourite National team. But the way Liverpool are playing just make me glad that I choose MU over Liverpool during Liverpool reign as British best football club in the 80's.
Hope that by Mar 14 when the two meet again at Old Trafford, MU can teach a lesson or two to Liverpool on how to play beautiful football.
Glory Glory Man United!!!
Fed-ex can't stop Ultra-fit Rafa the Matador
Nadal simply has a superb fitness level. He didn't look tired eventhough just having 1 day break after his titanic win over his Spanish compatriot Verdasco which the match break the Australian Open record for the longest match ever play at 5 hours & 14 min. And yet he can still manage to conqour Federer in another 5 match thriller 7-5, 3-6, 7-6(3), 3-6, 6-2 .
This weekend provided an extra edge in sport. There is MU vs. Everton (which MU won of coz), Liverpool vs. Chelsea and of coz the Australian final that everyone that love tennis been waiting. - Another showdown between the 2 of the best in the world of tennis.
As I am a fan of Federer for his exquisite elegance yet powerful play, definitely I want Fed-Ex to win. Another reason is that, Federer has lost many match to Nadal, so I believe that he has the extra motivation to beat Rafa. Furthermore, Nadal is not in a good shape (to my opinion) as he has just finish playing well for 5 hours against Verdasco and only have 1 day to rest. But boy.. am I wrong. No wonder during the press conference leading up to the game, Federer play down the extra 1 day of relax as added advantage to him. Maybe becos he know how fit Rafa is.
Federer cant stop his tears from falling down as he expected to win his 14th grand slam to equel Pete Sampras. Unfortunetely, Rafa has his record that he need to take care of
The game has all. The power play, great backhand slash, power forehand and of coz match winner aces. Federer did have all these. The only setback is that he didnt won the breakpoint enuff as he manage to almost get them a lot!. While Rafa is playing well. Did not make any error in converting break point. Eventhough he did not get a lot of it. But the difference that make Nadal 1 class different than Federer is that Nadal seldom makes unforce error. This is why he is simply better than Federer.
I've spent almost 5 hours of non stop action watching the game and its worth it. Hope that Federer can win the next time they meet again.

Malaysia 5 UAE 0: Hahaha.. in your dream!
The actual result is Malaysia 0 UAE 5.
Kena belasah beb! Bkn stakat mcm budak sekolah.. mcm budak tadika main bola! fuh... lega dapat luahkan. It is sad to say like that to your national football team, but that is a fact. Out of all of the players, only 3... and i mean 3 jer yg fit. Others... HAMPEH!!. When u r not fit, u can play with ur ability or maybe ur fabulous skills for maximum of 30 minutes only. The rest 60 minutes, well either the coach decide to change u with another player who might be even worse than u or stick with u until the end of the game.
Thats what happen to Malaysia last night.
We are able to compete (nak sedapkan ati jer ni) for the 1st 30 min. But after the half-time...we are finish...
Sathianathan knows about this, but he cant do anything about it. The players that he brought in are those who he believes play 'with their whole hearts for their country' but as usual, DISSAPPOINTING!!
Quoting his words The defeat prompted Sathianathan to declare: “I’m prepared to go.”
The coach, who revealed on Tuesday that only three of his 18 players were fit for last night’s game, added that: “The M-League is not football. This is the best you can get out of the players who ply their trade in the Super League."
If it is me who decide who to become the coach, I will stick with Sathianathan. At least he try to bring the best out of the players. Its the players who need to change their mindset. Not only the players, the M League itself need to be revamp. Our league which we proudly declare as profesional football league to follow J-League and K-League need to be revamp. Save the money from paying millions to 1 coach to invest to our grassroots which is the under -12, 15, 18, 20 and 23.
Our players seriously are not profesional enuff. Better back to Semi-pro like the good ol' days. Why? u might ask.. Our football association of either state or club are so corrupt that they can't even pay their playere salary. How in the world we can develop or find the rising star in our football if the player is not in his mood or morale to play his heart out!
I really thought that when I went to watch Malaysia beat Singapore during the semifinal of SEA games 2002 at Shah Alam stadium that our national team were going to rise back like the good ol' days. But as usual, Malaysia seems to be great making their fan hate them rather than chearing them up.
P/s: Luckily I can pour my heart out on Manchester United! Glory glory Man United!
