Chaos! : Part 2

Hm...
Whichever side of the fence do u sat on, either BN or PR... u definitely dont like wat is happening in Perak now, most definitely....
Just re-cap back the chronology of event leading to wat consider as the death of democracy in Malaysia by some of u.

Pre- Sept 16th '08: DSAI announce that 31 wakil rakyat from BN will defect from BN to PR.
Sept 16th: DSAI said that the procedure has taken times as most of the said wakil rakyat are away in Chinese Taipei.
Jan 26th '09: Dato Nasarudin wakil rakyat Bota announce defecting to join PKR.
Feb 4th: 2 PKR, 1 DAP & Dato Nasarudin defect (again) and show their support to BN. Mind u that the 2 PKR are still in court due to bribery case.
Feb 4th: Dato Ir Nizar announce dissolution of Perak DUN and met DYMM Sultan Perak to get approval as well as to get approval for a snap election to be held ASAP.
Feb 5th: Dato Najib with 31 DUN Perak met DYMM Sultan Perak notifying that BN has the majority and propose that BN would be the new appointed Perak government to replace PR.

and the story goes on as of today....

From the above chronology of event, who started the lompat melompat issue? why when BN wakil rakyat defect, nobody make noise or demonstration or throw stone to the person house and buat kain rentang bagitau yg the wakil rakyat is penderhaka pengundi kawasan tersebut? and why when PR wakil rakyat defect and join or show support to BN, all hell broke lose?

Siap ckp DYMM Sultan Perak dipengaruhi oleh BN? dan hujani kata-kata kesat pd baginda, then nak saman baginda?

When 1 of PR leaders hold a press conference saying to sue DYMM Sultan Perak (though DSAI kata tidak)... dah tentu ler BN gunakan isu ini sebagai scapegoat utk kenakan PR.

If betul lah PR nak bawak kes ni ke mahkamah, r they really sure that the case will be deal justifically?

Actually PR in Perak has lost its grip due to katak lompat melompat issue created by them. If in the 1st place they can settle the sour relationship between themselves dulu and then talk about reform as well as perform so that rakyat can see their effort, none of the tragedy now unfold in Perak would happen.

Tp nak wat mcmane, benda dah jadi.. so hope that both BN & PR would listen to what DYMM Sultan Perak comment as baginda who make the decision to reject Nizar proposal in the 1st place. DYMM Sultan Perak is very knowledgeable in law. Dah tentu baginda tahu rasional di sebalik keputusan baginda.

Loyalty To Ruler Makes For Cultured Politics

- Political ObserversBy: Ramjit-->

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 6 (Bernama) -- "It's up to the Sultan" were Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin's words spoken two days ago when asked by reporters about the position of the Perak state government he had led then as Menteri Besar.

However, he acted differently when decreed by Sultan Azlan Shah yesterday to step down from the post by defying the order, while Pakatan Rakyat (PR), which Mohammad Nizar is part of, even threatened to take legal action against the ruler.

Considering the Malay adage, "biar mati anak jangan mati adat" (let the child die, not the custom), a number of political observers said that PR's action was uncultured politics.

Prof Datuk Dr Ibrahim Ahmad Bajunid said a mature leader would not return to an uncivilised world in the face of a crisis.

Instead, he said, a wise, mature leader would uphold the principles of the Rukun Negara and Constitution by being decorous in resolving a crisis.

"What is meant by refined culture in politics is that it includes showing loyalty to the ruler and love for the country," said the former dean of the Humanities and Social Science Faculty of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

Regarding the situation in Perak as a "small crisis" and part of the process of achieving political maturity in the country, Ibrahim said that ultimately, only urbane political leaders would be respected by the people.

"If the leader and his team are wise enough, then the people will be likewise, and I believe that all parties involved will learn something from this political crisis and become more mature," he said.

Another political observer, Prof Datuk Dr Zainal Kling, opined that lawmakers who had no respect for the law were not fit to sit in the state legislative assembly to formulate and pass laws.

"The Sultan is the paramount head of the state, and what the Pakatan Rakyat has done, in Malay political culture, tantamounts to betrayal which cannot be forgiven," he said.

The former dean of Universiti Malaya's Arts and Social Science Faculty, also felt that those involved should be punished.

"We must demand that those who disobey the ruler's command, go against the state legislative assembly rules and belittle the ruler should be punished.

"Perhaps this is not stated in the Constitution, but by norm and convention, such people should be barred from the state assembly sitting for a certain period," he said.

Meanwhile, a senior law lecturer at the International Islamic University of Malaysia opined that the Sultan of Perak should use his reserved power to resolve the crisis in the state.

"We are now in a position where the Constitution is silent and offers us nothing to deal with the crisis. Hence, in such instance, the Sultan needs to use his reserved power.

"It's true this (power) is not written in the Constitution, but in dealing with crises such as this, the Sultan has the power," said Prof Dr Abdul Aziz Bari.

He explained that there were two ways for the Sultan to act, one of which was to dissolve the state assembly even without the advice of the Menteri Besar.

"Another way is for the Sultan to reverse the appointment of Mohammad Nizar as Menteri Besar and then dissolve the state assembly," he said.Abdul Aziz said the crisis would continue as long as Mohammad Nizar refused to vacate his post which would raise questions on the legality of the new state government.-- BERNAMA

Mase PR take over Perak selepas menang PRU12, IR Mohammad Nizar nampak mcm seorg yg bagus. Insenior plak tuh. Respek beb!

Tapi bile dah jadi mcm ni, lompat melompat mcm katak (Karpal Singh yg ckp) who would expect that apa yg terjadi di Perak skrg ni boleh berlaku. A new political chapter in Malaysia. Tapi yg x bestnyer bile Sultan Perak dah bertitah yg baginda x nak bubarkan DUN, siapalah Nizar utk 'derhaka' (Dia ckp mcm tuh) kepada sultan & mengenepikan titah tuanku?

Xkan le Tuanku Sultan Perak x pk kot? Ape background Tuanku Sultan Perak? Ape background Tuanku Raja Nazrin? X kan nak kelentong pasal undang undang dgn baginda kot? dah la tu, Sultan plak tu. Bukan Pak Lah.

If Pak LAh, saman ler berbilion pon, wa x kesah beb!.

Even Pak Lah pon x melawan bile Tuanku Mizan & Al-marhum Sultan Perlis reject calon menteri besar dia, x kan ler PR nak melawan Kesultanan Melayu kot. If betul ler mcm Karpal ckp yg PR nak saman Tuanku Sultan Perak, confirm rakyat akan bersuara & reject PR. CONFIRM!

Then demonstrasi selepas solat jumaat menyanggah Baginda Sultan Perak. Adoyai.. malu la beb. Kompem la CNN, AFP, Reuters etc. ade mase korang pegi berdemonstrasi tuh. (If xder laporan dlm these news agency u should know now who the man behind them.) Siap baring depan kereta Raja Nazrin masa baginda nak masuk kawasan Istana. Salah ape Raja Nazrin buat?

But this I know.. membesar di Johor Darul Takzim & tahulah sikit2 ttg Sultan Johor & keluarga baginda membuatkan diri merasa bangga & teruja yg kite ni hidup di Malaysia yang emngamalkan Raja berpelembagaan. Since mase kat skolah pon ader belajar asal usul Malaysia & kesultanan Melayu, rasa takjub bile melihat dgn mata kepala sendiri adat istiadat yg dulu hanya di baca dlm buku dpt dilihat dgn mata kepala sendiri.

If bkn kepada Baginda Sultan & Agung, kepada siapa lagi kite nak menjunjung titah? Perdana Menteri? Presiden? x nak ler beb!

X salah if Baginda Sultan Perak berkenan nak bubarkan DUN then buat pilihanraya. Baru demokrasi. Tp baginda sultan memilih utk tidak, jd cuba fahami mengapa baginda buat sedemikian.

Daulat Tuanku.

Manchester United maintain no.1 while Liverpool won on stamping over Chelsea players

MU won over Everton 1-0 with Ronaldo penalty provided the winner late 1st half. So now MU are ahead of Liverpool with 2 points plus the Champion are with 1 game extra to play.

But I just dont understand in the manner how Liverpool manage to win over Chelsea with the latter are playing with 10 men after sending of Lampard. Why only Lampard being at fault (eventhough he win the ball over Alonso) while Gerrard, Bosingwa, Benayoun the Israelien can walk away without any cards at all?

Maybe this is the only way that Liverpool can take away the league from MU. By playing aggresive football and defend like there is no tomorrow. Not that I hate team that score 1st and then score. Then I shoudn't choose Italy as my favourite National team. But the way Liverpool are playing just make me glad that I choose MU over Liverpool during Liverpool reign as British best football club in the 80's.

Hope that by Mar 14 when the two meet again at Old Trafford, MU can teach a lesson or two to Liverpool on how to play beautiful football.

Glory Glory Man United!!!

Fed-ex can't stop Ultra-fit Rafa the Matador

Nadal try to console Federer after simply outclass the former No. 1

Nadal simply has a superb fitness level. He didn't look tired eventhough just having 1 day break after his titanic win over his Spanish compatriot Verdasco which the match break the Australian Open record for the longest match ever play at 5 hours & 14 min. And yet he can still manage to conqour Federer in another 5 match thriller 7-5, 3-6, 7-6(3), 3-6, 6-2 .

This weekend provided an extra edge in sport. There is MU vs. Everton (which MU won of coz), Liverpool vs. Chelsea and of coz the Australian final that everyone that love tennis been waiting. - Another showdown between the 2 of the best in the world of tennis.

As I am a fan of Federer for his exquisite elegance yet powerful play, definitely I want Fed-Ex to win. Another reason is that, Federer has lost many match to Nadal, so I believe that he has the extra motivation to beat Rafa. Furthermore, Nadal is not in a good shape (to my opinion) as he has just finish playing well for 5 hours against Verdasco and only have 1 day to rest. But boy.. am I wrong. No wonder during the press conference leading up to the game, Federer play down the extra 1 day of relax as added advantage to him. Maybe becos he know how fit Rafa is.

Federer cant stop his tears from falling down as he expected to win his 14th grand slam to equel Pete Sampras. Unfortunetely, Rafa has his record that he need to take care of

The game has all. The power play, great backhand slash, power forehand and of coz match winner aces. Federer did have all these. The only setback is that he didnt won the breakpoint enuff as he manage to almost get them a lot!. While Rafa is playing well. Did not make any error in converting break point. Eventhough he did not get a lot of it. But the difference that make Nadal 1 class different than Federer is that Nadal seldom makes unforce error. This is why he is simply better than Federer.

I've spent almost 5 hours of non stop action watching the game and its worth it. Hope that Federer can win the next time they meet again.

1st Movie of the year: Red Cliff 2

Just came back from watching the movie. Well its a 2nd part of a 2 part movie inspire from the "Battle of the 3 Kingdoms". The preview mention that this movie is the biggest in terms of budget and good reviews from film critics. So as we have watch the 1st part of the movie (to be honest, I didn't have any clue about this movie earlier other that erma want to watch T. Kaneshiro berlakon, but when I saw Tony Leung play as the Viceroy Zhou.. what a relief), this movie is a must to watch in order to know the conclusion of the movie.

I won't go into details of the movie as byk review u all can get from other blog or etc but I will tell u the movie from my point of view. The movie took 2hr10min to complete. The storyline is ok as normally for a war movie, the strategy or the art of war must be the backbone of the movie. The war strategy are great. Followed by cerite sampingan like love, friendship betrayal bla..bla..bla. But as this should be the film with the biggest budget, I didn't see any scene that can make me feel "whoa".

Out of 5 star, I give 3.

Bz weekender!: Part 2

First & foremost, Its not this weekend journal by the way. Its last weekend journal and only today I feel wanted to fill in my blog with it.

Started on the 24th when Shi's (he's a boy) wedding @ Masjid Al-Ikhlas, Selayang. Normally when an event like this, my mum side of the family normally had all the itinerary or duty roster in order prior to the event. And this is no different from the rest. Except that our roles much more lesser as the f&b by caterer, no khemah or canopy due to the event took place inside a dewan bawah dewan sembahyang masjid.

Oh ya.. btw, there seems to be a few kazen of mine or erma which are going to join the married club soon. Sbb ader yg dah bwk calon and ade yg siap bwk family calon lagi. Will update soon on these status.

On the 25th after sending my mum & Shidah to Mak Som's house, off we go to Port Dickson for a family retreat (ema mum side of family). We stay at Kondo TNB beside Gouman resort. The apartment is big with 3bedroom & 2 bathroom. With its own swimming pool and private beach, its a good outing. Except that Im so damn tired do to all the help that I give during shi's wedding not forgetting staying up late and wake up early due to PS2 WE league with my kekazen and of coz... driving. Maybe thats the reason I did look 'unhappy' mase sesampai kat kondo tuh.

Well here's the review. The place is fine with a lot of facility i.e karaoke lounge, gym, swimming pool (of coz), futsal cum tennis court and not forgetting the apartment also have HBO, ESPN and local tv. Since this is my first outing at PD, its a great place as the beach is clean with clear water. I've heard a lot of ppl making an issue saying that the beach are dirty and the water are not clean. Luckily, I did not experience that.

We did have BBQ and memandi di laut or pool and not forgetting karaoke session (but the songs are limited up to Sephia SO7 era only).

Before blk KL on the 27th, Kitorg blk gemas jap as I want to c my dad. The week before he had a reaccurance of his back pain, that is the reason I blk tgk dia. He's fine, Alhamdulillah.

Here's the great part. Driving.... Kat PD.. Jem. Kat Highway (on the way blk kl dr gemas)...jem. If only ader org ble drive kan....

But I did enjoy the outing this time eventhough its tiring.
