Dah masuk bln 2 2010... dah bape kali rasanye aku asyik bgtau cepat masa berlalu...tp mmg betul pon...
So listed below are the top 10 brand that we Malaysian opted to buy for the year 2009:
No. - Brand - Total sales (units) - Average sales (units)
1. Perodua -166,740 - 13,900.
2. Proton - 145,910 - 12,160.
3. Toyota - 80,590 - 6,720.
4. Honda - 38,780 - 3230.
5. Nissan - 26,270 - 2,190.
6. Naza - 11,120 - 930.
7. Mitsubishi - 6,980 - 580.
8. Inokom/Hyundai - 5,470 - 490.
9. Isuzu - 5,050 - 421.
10. Suzuki - 4,620 - 420.
So Perodua maintain its position as Malaysian #1 brand for 5th consecutive years. Proton still way behind in term of sales against Perodua.
Below plak are the top 10 models that Malaysian loves:
No. - Model - Sales(units) - Average sales(units).
1. Myvi - 90,590 - 7,550.
2. Saga - 71,690 -5,970.
3. Viva - 67,980 - 5,670.
4. Persona - 42,980 - 3,580.
5. Vios - 29,380 - 2,450.
6. City - 19,700 - 1,640.
7. Exora - 18,450 - 2,050.
8. Hilux - 14,570 - 1,210.
9. Grand Livina - 12,290 - 1,020.
10. Avanza - 11,470 - 960.
Myvi jugak memaintainkan positionnya seiring dgn brand Perodua sebagai model #1 utk beberapa tahun berturut2. Hebat seh Myvi! for all vendor yg supply brg utk model ni, kompem dah blk modal.
Korang mesti prasan yg average sales utk Exora lebih tinggi dari Honda City, kan? (If korg baca betul2 la). Reason being... Exora was launch in March 2009 making its average sales for 9 month jer instead of 12.
Apasal Alza xder? Rilex ar bro...model tu kan launch in Nov'09, so sales dia utk bln Dis'09 only a 1k plus jer. Tgk utk tahun 2010 plak k, Kite tgk weather Alza can beat the sales of Exora (eventho both of them not in the same range langsung!).
Aper outlook utk tahun 2010?
1. Proton akan kluarkan rebadge Lancer somewhere in Oct 2010. Serious beb!
2. International Motoreshow will be back!!
3. A few other new models...
For sales data for the year 2010 plak, aku akan publish quarterly instead of monthly. takut tak sempat nak publish beb... byk kije skrg ni...
Whatever it is.... hoping that 2010 will be a greart year for the automotive industry of Malaysia.
